Fantastic Fungi Day with Nick Phillips from Grownup mushrooms.

What a fascinating day with Nick from Grownup mushrooms learning about all types of fungi - the different types, habitats, uses and amazing qualities. Everybody then made their own grow kits for shiitake, oyster and lionsmane.  Exotic mushrooms were cooked up on the open fire - absolutely delicious. A super day very much enjoyed by everybody.
